PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION UNLESS THE APPRAISER HAS AGREED TO EXTEND CREDIT TO YOU, NOT AT THE TIME OF REPORT COMPLETION. REPORTS WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.

Final Inspection completed on either the 1004D form or the 442 form
This is for an upgrade of an existing exterior only report to a CONV appraisal (full - interior) report or upgrading a CONV (full - interior) report to FHA. This will require a reinspection of the subject property and new photo's will need to be taken. This is not for reassigning a report to a different Lender.
